Are You Ready for Your Big Dreams?

Whatever your dreams are, start taking them very very seriously
~~Barbara Sher

Are you ready to cross the bridge into your dreams? It takes action and commitment on your part to get from where you are to where you want to be. Are you ready to take the steps? Are you willing to make the commitment? Once you start, once you take the step onto the bridge, there comes a point where there is no turning back.  Are you ready?

A year from now will you be joyfully standing on the other side of the bridge? Or will you still be on this side---
dreaming?  The choice is up to you.

What are you willing to give for your dreams? How much do you really want them? Do you even know what it is that you want?

Have you listened to your heart lately? What is it yearning for?  Are you afraid to listen because...
you're afraid your dreams will never happen for you anyway? Refuse to listen to that fear. Instead, choose to listen and record what your heart is telling you. No matter how large or how small your dreams may be. It's not your job at the moment to try to figure out the how. That will come in time---if you are truly serious about living your dreams.

Now is time to begin, while the year is fresh and new. Take some time to be alone with your thoughts in a place that feels peaceful. Ask, and you shall be told what your heart desires. Seek, and you will find the way. Knock, and the door will open. Listen to your heart. Write down your dreams (no skipping this part)!  Imagine yourself living your dream--how does it feel? Wrap yourself around that feeling for awhile. Bask in the joy. Write down what action, even something small, that you can take right now to begin walking toward that bridge. Take action every day. Imagine every day. Feel the joy every day.  And before you know it, you will be on the bridge and on your way into your dreams and goals.

Remember, in the words of Einstein, that nothing happens until something moves. You must begin taking the steps...and take a step or more every day.  Oh, and be sure to enjoy the journey.

Carmen, I love your positive message. But I have a question.

I just finished reading an old, out of print book called THE OTHER HALF OF THE WORLD that I ordered through Goodwill Industries (oh yeah, they've got it all).

Is it still possible for me to achieve MY dreams even if I am only a mere man?

Buzz, thanks for reading my blog and book. "What the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve" (Napoleon Hill) works for everyone. :)Here's to your wonderful dreams, Mr. Malone.
